Ingredients: bergenia, Kuril tea, raspberry leaf, thyme, currant leaf, rosehip berry, sea buckthorn berry.
Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of crushed raw materials into 1 glass of hot water and let it brew. In a teapot it is brewed at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 0.5 liter of hot water. Add honey or sugar to taste.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.
