Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of crushed raw materials into 1 glass of hot water and let it brew. In a teapot it is brewed at the rate of 1 tablespoon per 0.5 liter of hot water. Add honey or sugar to taste.
Contraindications: individual intolerance to the components.
Shelf life: 2 years at a relative humidity of no more than 70%.
