For production of a shaman tambourine "Strength of an eagle" was used specially grained leather of the Altai maral. The framework of a tambourine is made of a larch, and the handle from a cedar in the form of the stylized person. The handle is decorated with feathers of an eagle. On a tambourine surface - the drawing representing a world order on representation of ancient Altaians, consisting of three levels (the top, lower and average worlds). The beater is made of a cedar, fitted by special cloth fabric and decorated with a feather of an eagle. The tambourine is irreplaceable attribute of a spirit ceremony of the strong shaman. This is a peculiar horse by means of whom, the shaman makes the trips through the worlds and realities. Increasing the frequency of blows, it rises to the top world, reducing, comes back in ours.
